The challenge of project Steffl Department Store Vienna was to carry out all construction works during opening time, without disturbing the ongoing operation.

On the whole 700 m light channels as well as 1.400 m stucco strips were installed. The additional challenge was the integration of all fixtures flush into the ceiling.

Responsible for the interior design was Paolo Lucchetta of Retail Design srl.

The Grand Casino Belgrade, built and equipped at the highest central-European standard, had been realized within a very short time-frame.

Organizational skills and the greatest effort of local companies like in-house employees allowed the realization of inimitable designs. A selection of pictures helps to perceive the multifariousness of this building project.

This theater had been established by Karl Mayer in the garden of his father-in-law (innkeeper) in 1788. The theater is the oldest still existing theater in Vienna. The modification of the whole building had been very tight organized. Because of inadequate room requirements on the construction site this project demanded lots of coordination skills and flexibility from our well-rehearsed team.

The focus of this project had been on a high standard of creative objectives as well as on the fulfillment of the increased fire protection requirements

A school building that combines two different school types had been established in Zero energy housing style. This example of architecture for low energy supply offers light flushed class rooms through rambling glass fronts. Modern and outmost creative arranged coloring generates an extremely comfortable ambiance.

The technical challenge of this project was found in the updated complexity of the plug of the façade.
